It was called Le Vizir and it would be thanks to or because of the actor Hubert Deschamps that it would be called Le Québec, simply because of the place and the too unusual past name... The address is in a way a rare institution where tobacco enthusiasts and the pillars of the corner meet. A very friendly place where friendship and neighbourhood life are cultivated. We appreciated the friendly welcome and we advise you to take the time for a gulp of beer, in this free Quebec.

It’s a typical charming tobacconist and a place to drink coffee or beer at the bar. Everything is very ergonomic and adds up to the Parisian vibe. The old lady at the bar is very energetic and serves everybody really quick, the other lady sells cigarettes like sweet candy. No music just sounds of clinging glasses and joyful customers! Just pure love for this place. A non nonsense place to visit! ❤️

Une vieille dame ivre, très agaçante et grossière, portant un béret, Jackie je crois, jouait une musique horrible sur son téléphone et criait. C'était un gâchis pour les clients et les propriétaires s'en fichaient.
