Opened in 1985 in the 2nd arrondissement, this institution has crossed the Seine to set up shop near the Vavin metro station in the 6th. Run with professionalism by Déborah Dupont-Daguet and her team, it is unique in its genre, offering 20,000 references: books by chefs, others in foreign languages, as well as works on world and regional cuisines, and on wines, spirits and other juices. The whole collection is organized in a very practical way: you follow a path that allows you to discover the books in the most relevant way.
