First and last time at this hotel. I was excited to explore this neighborhood and stay at a lovely boutique hotel. Well, what a disappointment: Staff was rude from the minute I set foot at the hotel: I arrived before the check in time, as my 10 hour-flight to Paris had landed in the am. I was not expecting an early check/in but when I asked when the room would be ready I got a proper lecture on how busy they were, and an humiliating rambling about the fact I should have booked one night early, all in a loud voice in front of other clients and he was going. On and on- I do want to underscore that I did email them to enquire about what it would take to get in my room earlier - got no response of course! Also, do I need to say that the hotel was not fully booked! Beyond an unfriendly and moody staff, rooms are *not* quiet and pretty run down (my bathroom’s door painting was chipped, the shower was broken), bathroom amenities are not replaced - when asked, I was told I had to pick them up myself because “he was by himself at the front desk and that they were not heavy” with a smirky smile. Wow! Only thing that blown me away about this so called boutique hotel was how rude and condescending the staff were throughout. There are *so* many better options in Paris. So Do not bother, save yourself some headaches and bad vibes: book somewhere else!

We loved it here. Clean and Chic. The team was super friendly and warm and quite helpful too. Central enough to have access to restaurants and shopping, while the hotel itself is in a very quiet neighborhood.

The noise from the school during the day on weekdays is the only minus

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and spoke very good English, in case that is a concern.

The room was pretty small by American standards, but it had a lot of available bathroom items and reading material for exploring Paris. If you need an iron, you will be given one upon request at the front desk.

For those who want to visit the Eiffel Tower, from this hotel it is a 30-40 minute walk. Depending on the route you take you will see some interesting sights on the way.

Villa Madame is the perfect place to stay in Paris- quiet neighborhood, small hotel whose staff is generous with their time and recommendations, and a beautiful bar and garden. Highly recommend this hotel!

A small, luxurious and cosy hotel with employees doing their best at all times. Save the café and order breakfast at the hotel, it is gorgeous. Highly recommended.

Would not recommend staying here if you are a light sleeper or like to sleep in. The hotel is very noisy throughout the day as it is located right next to a school, from which you can hear kids playing and screaming basically all day from 8am to 5pm. In addition the building next door was doing renovations from which you could hear constant banging and power tools. We booked a stay for 5 nights and being jet lagged and night owls this was a constant problem. We brought this up with the staff and they offered to move us to a different room on a higher floor and not facing the school. This barely helped and we asked to cancel the rest of our stay however given that we booked a non refundable stay they refused to refund any nights to us. I understand that these noise issues are not in the hotels control but they could have at least let us cancel the rest of our stay instead of forcing us to deal with being woken up every morning at 8am on our vacation.

We come to Paris regularly and stay in this area each time and while the rooms itself are adequate you can find a much nicer stay nearby for the same price.

TLDR: Dont stay here if you are a light sleeper or like to sleep in. Additionally for the price you can find a nicer hotel nearby.

Quelle belle expérience que ce séjour à la villa Madame ???? ! une équipe vraiment très sympathique, au petit soin et un accueil de rêve dans une magnifique chambre. Nous avons été extrêmement gâtés et nous espérons vraiment revenir dans un avenir proche. Merci pour tout !

Hôtel où j'ai eu l'habitude de séjourner quelques fois mais qui n'a pas super bien vieilli. Les salles de bains devraient être rafraîchies et les communs sont restés identiques depuis quelques années sans aucune amélioration. Le personnel à l'accueil n'est pas toujours des plus aimables (notamment la personne qui m'a interdit l'accès à l'ascenseur vers 23h). J'en avais gardé une super impression... dommage je n'y retournerai plus.

Ce petit Hôtel familial fut à l'image de ce week end. Charmant pour une escapade parisienne afin de se créer des souvenirs. Je recommanderai et nous reviendrons probablement. Ne changez rien.

Nice little hotel. 24/7 Reciption to greet you.
Slow services at breakfast. Tables not cleared ready for new guests.
Strange little querk of handing your key back every time you leave and asking for it on return.

A very nice hotel in a quiet,residential and convenient location. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well appointed. There’s lots to do in the immediate vicinity, and the Louvre is at a walkable distance. I would go back next time I’m in Paris.
