Charming canteen in Paris preparing meats and poultry with an explosion of flavours.
Chez Fernand is the proud representative of French bistronomy. This true institution of Saint-Germain-des-Prés adopts with talent the retro-bistro codes that have made the reputation of Parisian restaurants. Red check tablecloths, wooded dining rooms, this charming canteen has been treating its guests for about fifty years. To be convinced of this, you just need to taste the goat cheese pie with pistou, the pan-fried razor clams in Provençal style or the chef's duck terrine with pistachio as a starter. After this delicious starter, get prepared for an explosion of flavors because the ravioles of prawns and lobster bisque and the legendary beef bourguignon of Rémi Lebon are not left out.
Crème brule was delicious but I cant take this attitude for a dessert.
