Judy is a canteen, counter and grocery store, offering a healthy and tasty culinary experience, entirely gluten-free. The house was founded in 2016 by Dominique Gassin, an Australian naturopath. It stands out for its qualitative philosophy, which prioritizes the authentic taste of products, consciously chosen for their benefit to oneself, others and the planet. Here, you'll enjoy recipes inspired by the principles of naturopathy, with a 100% gluten-free menu. Vegan and lactose-free options are also available. The chef uses seasonal, organic and sometimes local ingredients, ensuring unrivalled freshness and purity. For a revitalizing gourmet break, you can indulge in specialty coffee, naturo collagen lattes, cold-pressed juices and refined sugar-free pastries. If you want to nourish your body and mind in a zen and welcoming setting, Judy has two addresses in the heart of Paris: one in the 6th arrondissement and a freshly arrived one in the 1st. Cependant, j'ai trouvé que le chaï latte qui était bon, avait un goût légèrement trop intense en badiane ou cardamome.
