Franck Kestener has to keep: He has come from a family of baker-pastry chocolate and passion for four generations. Best worker in France chocolate chocolate maker at age 27, he is then World Pastry Champion. Well known in Sarreguemines by his chocolate maker, he finally opened his first shop in Paris, opposite Luxembourg. A beautiful shop with a superb smell of cocoa and a charming welcome… Among the specialties: the Pearl of Lorraine, ganache and chocolates with evocative names, almond paste and macaroons'simply stunning ', as the house specifies.
