You will surely remember the stories of your parents who told you their outings at the cinema with friends, leaving school. The past finds its extension in a place that has not taken a ride over time: The Wooden Sword. This cinema of Art and Trial of the famous rue Mouffetard has preserved this atmosphere of neighbourhood cinema. In the two small rooms (76 and 64 seats), there are 9 films per week and all have the common point of not being exclusive in other rooms. So much to say that programming is quality, provided of course that you love French and European cinema in original form…

Un cinéma de caractère

La personne à l'accueil est aimable, les toilettes sont ok et la disposition des sièges est un peu étrange car l'écran est situé au dessus par rapport aux spectateurs quelque soit votre place mais on s'y fait vite. À noter que je n'avais jamais applaudi à la fin d'un film, pourtant nous étions à peine une quinzaine dans la salle.
Bref si vous voulez faire vos séances de rattrapage et ceux en petit comité, tranquillement, ce cinéma est un bon choix !
