This was the first cabaret where Léo Ferré gave a concert in 1948, and many great names in jazz have passed through here: Sidney Bechet, John Coltrane, Count Basie and his big band, Louis Armstrong, Ella Fitzgerald, Billie Holiday, and many others. Today, aperitifs are served at the piano bar, dinner at the restaurant and then off to the cabaret to listen to music from all over the world: South American, African, Oriental, French and more. Until 5 a.m., singers, dancers and musicians follow one another on stage in a great atmosphere.

Abbiamo scoperto per caso questo angolo di Parigi molto originale. Super ambiente con musica dal vivo, piano, canzoni tipiche francesi, tip tap, jazz, vari artisti si alternano al pianoforte e al canto. Atmosfera molto piacevole, servizio informale gentile e carino. Il cibo normale, niente di speciale, ma passa in secondo piano. Una bella serata.

Loved the music; it was like a fun sing a long, even if you didn't know all the words to the French songs ???? It was very joyful. We sat at the bar as it was a busy Friday night, but that gave us the opportunity to chat with the lovely bartender (Alexei?), who was friendly and accommodating. St Germain spritz and chips for the win!

Rien a dire, si vous voulez participer a la scène musicale française avec piano live , c'est l'endroit parfait, sortie au coeur du quartier latin! Bonne ambiance assurée!
