Tradition may be at the heart of "Au Bon Coin", but we don't try to re-serve the "flavors of the past". Instead, we offer gourmands and gourmets the eternal pleasures of simple, generous cuisine sifted by our chef's originality.
"Bistrot" A "home-made" cuisine where classicism blends harmoniously with the innovations and creations of a talented chef, this is the challenge met by the "Au bon coin" restaurant.

« Saucisse de cochon rôtie au piment d’Espelette : jus corsé » : un plat très gourmand ; très bonne purée de pommes de terre et très bonne saucisse mais un peu trop copieuse ; le jus qui accompagne la saucisse gagnerait à être plus corsé. 16,5/20.
« Île flottante : crème anglaise vanillée » : œufs en neige et crème anglaise plus que bons mais le dessert est gâché par un caramel nettement trop sucré. 11,5/20 pour 11 euros (rapport qualité-prix de 1,05).
