Korean restaurant in Paris offering marinated meats with refined flavors, a Korean pancake and mandous.
Hami is an authentic Korean who learned to cook from her mother, a restaurateur in Seoul, and perfected her skills in Korean restaurants and under the guidance of the Institut de la Cuisine Coréenne Traditionnelle at the École Ferrandi. She's not all about spices, preferring marinated meats and more refined flavors. The first lunch menu, Minceur, consists of a starter of Korean pancakes or mandous (4 large ravioli stuffed with pork or chicken vegetables), and a main course of baby greens, wild rice and hot chicken or pork. The 2nd lunch menu offers an additional starter of sweet potato noodles and Bibimbap in its 5 variations: Vegetables, Chicken, Beef, Pork, Octopus and Squid. The menu features the great Korean culinary specialties: barbecues, soups, pan-fried noodles and large bibimbaps. For dessert, Hami recommends the traditional rice and red bean cake, accompanied by a cold infusion of red berries and goji berries.
