Rich of a family history, sketched a little more than 60 years ago by Raymond Berthillon (deceased in 2014), the famous Maison Berthillon is an ice cream parlour and tea room on rue Saint-Louis-en-l'Ile. The work, now done by the new generation, gives birth to creations that are a marvel of flavors and balance. Note: the Berthillon house makes a point of using natural products (milk, fresh cream, eggs, fruits...). It remains one of the best places in Paris to appreciate artisanal know-how.

un des meilleurs glacier à Paris. Les glaces ont vraiment un gout très intense et naturel. C'est un peu cher mais ça vaut le coût pour cette qualité. Par le beau temps on peut les manger assis aux berges de la Seine.

Best ice cream in the world! It is a pity that the main shops is so often closed.
The must see for walkers of the island Saint Louis. The ice creams are really delicious, but do not need as air fear of making a looongue tail!
You are welcome and you can eat so delicious ice cream that you will not regret having made the tail, special mention macaroon its ice cream and its sauce
