On Mondays evening, jam-sessions are organised under the name "The Two Sauces". On Monday, at a. m., a sweet sour beef for amateurs, beginners or shy and at 20 p. m., a tangy sauce sustained by talented musicians. On Thursday evening, it is organic sauce in the programme (totally acoustic: no amplifier or microphone)! Finally, on Sunday at 17 a. m., you can discover old music concerts around a baroque tea.

In an atmosphere reminiscent of a New York alley with the long apparent red brick walls and the little mezzanine in metal reinforcement, a pub all that there are more Anglo-Saxon.
