This establishment has a bistro style for the wooden front, the small terrace on the sidewalk, and a friendly atmosphere inside. Stephane is in the room, and Peter in the kitchen; only organic products can be found in the dishes and glasses! This restaurant is not only organic but also vegetarian vegan trend for some dishes. You will not find lamb leg ragout and other stew putting meat in the spotlight. But you won't leave there, hungry. Starters; (salad and goat milk cheese, tomatoes comfits, homouss, soups ...), meals (vegetarian couscous, ratatouille, gratin, pies or tarts...), fresh desserts are plentiful and delicious. It is a good organic vegan address. Since May, a new address, dedicated to take away, is open just steps away from the République place. To discover!
