Le Café Suédois is located in the courtyard side in the soft and peaceful atmosphere of the Merle hotel , in the Marais neighbourhood. After having pushed the blue carriage entrance of the Institute in order to take a Swedish speaking course, you will like to be warmed in it in winter, around a hot chocolate, or basking in the sun on the paved terrace during the fine days, while exchanging on the Scandinavian culture. Everything is homemade in here, from the Swedish bread to elderflowers syrup and the offer changes according to the seasons. You would like to taste everything: traditional cinnamon brioche , swedish candy made cake , and Kannelbulle, small cinnamon sweetnesses rolled up on itselves! Another highlight: the prices are very reasonable for the neighborhood. You can even find the pastries recipes in the cookbooks which they propose. In other words, the perfect place for a nordic and gourmet break , far from the turbulences of Parisian life.

대부분의 고객들이 이걸 먹는것 같아서.. 아 이집의 시그니처구나 싶은것도 한몫
그런데 파리사람들은 이런걸 좋아하는건지는 잘 모르겠으나 아주 연한(물을 많이 희석한맛)아메리카노에 뜨거운 우유를 부은것 같은 맛이었고, 된장맛? 같은게 풍기는… 느낌은 저만이겠죠? 먹을수록 된장맛이 나는 라테였습니다
