Just in front of the National Archives, here is an original address since this mansion houses a superb room with exposed beams which is a tavern and concert hall. You can also eat a good French cuisine based on local products and the plates are well stocked. During the day the restaurant looks very chic, but in the evening the tavern welcomes night owls of all ages who come to listen to the groups who perform there, generally from 9pm.
