A very discreet restaurant with a rustic decor offering more than 20 references of Auvergne wines.
The best of the Aveyron and Auvergne regions are jostling for position in the kitchens of this Embassy, which opened more than 50 years ago. You will have understood, there is no question of paying attention to one's figure when you come here: the home-made aligot is de rigueur - it is probably one of the best in Paris - accompanying beautiful pieces of beef. Of course, you can't go without the crème brûlée with black garlic from Billom for dessert. More than 20 references of Auvergne wines are also proposed to accompany the meal.

They have a compact menu with the essential dishes from this region , fresh ingredients, quite tasty, excellent service and staff, debit pricey but good portions!
