The formula was initiated by Joëlle Diop, a charming and gourmet English woman who had already launched a workshop in England in 2005 before moving to France. We can find therefore a very friendly Anglo-Saxon touch in her workshops. Ask her for the recipe of fudges, she'll be pleased to give it to you! With the workshops led by the chocolate makers of Cap Chocolat, the techniques of ganache, dipping, filling and other coating will no longer have any secrets for you. The plus: a great atmosphere!
