The Brasserie Fondamentale, which has developed this great concept in a number of different locations in Paris, offers a vast choice of beers, as well as tasty small plates to nibble on: the ideal way to get together with friends. Here, the beers are largely developed by the team - who know a thing or two about brewing - enabling us to offer some great unfiltered and unpasteurised beverages with unique flavours.
