One of the aims of this Café Joyeux, which opened in Paris at the end of last winter, is to enable people with mental and/or cognitive disabilities to work, and to do so in a good way. Cooks or waiters, they are the masters of the place, a nice reality that masks another, less glorious one: nearly 90% of disabled people today are unemployed. The place is great, located just off the Passage Choiseul, and teems with life: a very nice place.
