Classified as a historical monument, it is a giant cinema with seven theatres. Opened in 1932 by Jacques Haïk, the Rex was an immediate success with its luxurious decoration, its 2,000 m² and its starry-vaulted ceiling culminating at over 30 m. A word of advice: attending a blockbuster preview in this room, especially if the film is in 3D, will give you the impression of being a privileged one. The quality of the projection is exemplary. But the Grand Rex is also a place where concerts and musicals are presented that can fill a hall with more than 2,700 seats on three levels. A museum and a discotheque complete the vast complex.

A cinema with a unmissable, only the rooms are worth a visit, Grand Rex is an attraction in itself, regardless of the film finally.
it is a very large huge cinema, really it makes us ecraquiller the eyes so it is large, a good sound with walls on the coast it really is one of the most beautiful and bigger.
It must go to see a film in the spacious dining room at the Grand Rex cinema! The room is huge and beautifully decorated. I was several times, but it is each time the same pleasure
