This hotel is located on the main boulevards, close to the Opera House and the main shops. The establishment, which occupies a Haussmann building, is suitable for both business and leisure trips, in a sober and functional environment. The rooms are very well-soundproofed and are decorated in a very contemporary way where the white touches. Those dedicated to fitness are equipped with treadmill, elliptical bike and bicycle and the sports press is delivered every morning. In the family room, children sleep in bunk beds in the same room as the parents. They even qualify for a welcome kit. Double beds have separate mattresses and mattresses.

Todos hablaban español, eran agradables y nos aconsejaron dónde comer, dónde tomar una copa...
La ubicación es inmejorable y encima con una boca del metro en la puerta.
Célebre allí en París mi cumpleaños y mi aniversario de bodas y nos obsequiaron con una botella de champán y unos dulces.
El buffet del desayuno es pequeño pero hay de todo.
Las habitaciones es verdad que son pequeñas pero al final yo pasaba todo el día de turismo por lo que no me afectó.
Espero volver algún día.

Unfortunately, we experienced a family loss shortly before our trip. We contacted the hotel in time to reschedule – not cancel – as we still wanted to come, just at a later date.
We didn’t get any response for over 24 hours. Then we were told we didn’t notify them within the 48-hour window – which was simply not true. Still, they initially agreed to refund one night. We were fine with that and just wanted to move the dates.
But after that: silence. No follow-up, no refund, no rescheduling. We suggested coming in June, but were told the hotel was fully booked – even though rooms were still available online. Completely unprofessional and misleading.
I felt extremely disappointed as a returning guest. Sadly, this experience was unacceptable, and I will not be coming back. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone anymore.
