The Sâotico, white, black and red dressed, offers two different atmospheres. The brasserie on the ground floor, relaxed and friendly, and the restaurant on the upstairs, more chic and soft. On the background of Jazz music, flowing through Nova and rythm'n blues, Chef Hugues Gournay delights his guests with market cuisine and timeless dishes: calf's kidney, ravioles of beef, semi-baked foie, or dishes called "special diets" for those who eat without salt, gluten or simply who enjoy only steam. Hughes knows everything, and that is why we continue to appreciate it. Ah! last thing, Sâotico has nothing exotic: This is the name given to small shrimp in Cotentin.

Era la nostra prima serata a Parigi, in compagnia di una coppia di amici, e avevamo qualche incertezza su dove cenare. Appena arrivati, siamo stati accolti con grande gentilezza dalla signora Anna, che ci ha subito fatti sentire a nostro agio in un ambiente grazioso e accogliente.
I piatti erano squisiti, ben presentati e con ingredienti di qualità. Il prezzo adeguato per Parigi e per niente eccessivo.
Un locale che consigliamo con piacere e a cui torneremo volentieri!
