A friendly brasserie and a chic and cozy restaurant upstairs with market cuisine and timeless dishes by the chef.

The Sâotico, white, black and red dressed, offers two different atmospheres. The brasserie on the ground floor, relaxed and friendly, and the restaurant on the upstairs, more chic and soft. On the background of Jazz music, flowing through Nova and rythm'n blues, Chef Hugues Gournay delights his guests with market cuisine and timeless dishes: calf's kidney, ravioles of beef, semi-baked foie, or dishes called "special diets" for those who eat without salt, gluten or simply who enjoy only steam. Hughes knows everything, and that is why we continue to appreciate it. Ah! last thing, Sâotico has nothing exotic: This is the name given to small shrimp in Cotentin.

Restaurant incroyable, nous y sommes retournés deux fois!
Je suis coeliaque, je dois donc manger sans gluten, ils peuvent adapter à peu près tout le menu pour qu'il soit sans gluten. J'ai eu les côtelettes de canard et de lampe et elles étaient toutes les deux incroyables!
C'est un endroit vraiment authentique, avec une super ambiance et un personnel - je le recommanderais sans hésiter.
