According to a popular expression of butchers, "lombem" means "good", but in this restaurant specialized in grills, we are far from the traditional butchers' stalls... The room is stylish and the atmosphere is hushed, while an impressive grill allows you to roast the meats. In the plates, it's consistent and creative without too much fuss. We recommend the matured faux filet for a minimum of 40 days with a chimichurri sauce or the homemade knife tartar that will delight fans. For vegetarians, salads and vegan burgers are great. In the evening, don't miss a ride to the bar in the basement for a little rodeo session

Dès notre arrivée, elle s’est montrée froide et peu accueillante. Très stressée au moment de la prise de commande, elle nous a rapidement mis mal à l’aise.
Elle a tenté de retirer mon assiette sans me demander, alors que j’avais encore les couverts en main. Lorsque je lui ai indiqué que je n’avais pas terminé, elle est partie sans un mot d’excuse. Mon conjoint lui a fait remarquer son manque de courtoisie, ce à quoi elle a répondu avec un sourire sarcastique et un “d’accord, c’est noté” très méprisant.
Nous avons été choqués par son comportement : jamais nous n’avions été confrontés à un personnel aussi désagréable et impoli.
Au moment de régler l’addition, elle ne nous a même pas demandé si le repas s’était bien passé. Lorsque nous lui avons exprimé notre déception, sa seule réponse a été : “On est en sous-effectif, vous ne comprenez pas !”
Nous n’étions pas les seuls à le penser : d’autres clients présents partageaient notre ressenti.
C’est extrêmement décevant d’être servis de cette manière. Elle nous a littéralement gâché la soirée.
The prices are great and the food is excellent. I sat at the bar and got to watch the chefs in action — super fun experience.
It can get super busy during meal time. So be mindful.
Highly recommend the steak and the grilled salmon — both were delicious!
