It's in a small, not very well-known corner of the 20th century that you will discover Lou Pascalou, "Le petit Pascal" in Basque. This cultural café programs rock concerts, songs or world music and meetings with writers. It also presents exhibitions of artists and projections of short films. Some evenings are also dedicated to board games or tournaments of the Paris Improvisation League (see the programme on the café's website). The place succeeds in combining culture, good atmosphere, discovery and sharing. The staff is charming, even during peak periods. A little extra: on sunny days, the large terrace is very much appreciated.

histoire vraie : Un dimanche blindé où on peut pas circuler dans le bar et qu'on est coincé dans les quelques endroits où on peut tenir debout, je demande une pinte à la serveuse qui me dit que c'est qu'au bar et qu'elle ne sert que les gens assis.... Déjà, je m'interroge sur ce que ça dit du bat sachant que les prix sont les mêmes...
Et après,le ton.... Résultat : impossible de consommer sans perdre sa place et perdre 15 minutes de spectacle... Franchement, y a des raisonnements qui me laisse pantois. Bien entendu, je n'ai pas pu consommer !!!
