Rustic canteen offering Chinese cuisine in Paris.
A rustic canteen with a red façade and a small decoration, but a special kitchen, since we are dealing with Wengzhou specialties, a port town located 400 kilometers south of Shanghai, from where many Chinese live here. Ravioli is used for herbs and ginger, eggplant eggplant with rice alcohol, to read fried water or beef noodles… among many other plates to be discovered, such as celery and bamboo pork. What about Chinese cooking with another stomach, right?

Bon restaurant chinois à Belleville
Les raviolis étaient plutôt bons, et les plats de bonne facture, le tout pour un prix très honorable. Par contre j'ai été déçue par les baos, plutôt secs.
