Specialising in South-Western cuisine, this restaurant, which has other locations throughout the capital, puts the spotlight on good local produce. Here, you'll enjoy aligot from the Jeune Montagne cooperative in Laguiole and other generous dishes. Cantal is served in a variety of sauces: in burgers to accompany Charolais beef, foie gras and local cured ham; or, more surprisingly, to sweeten a slice of piperade. The decor highlights an art of living, with authentic elements reminiscent of the natural South-West.
