Cadolle girls dress the Parisian parisiennes for more than two centuries! Such an achievement deserves to be emphasized and told. Since 1889 Measure Herminie Cadolle has the idea of reworking the sacrosanct corset at the universal exhibition to make it the first soutien, so called «bodice», thus freeing women from this binding yoke. In 1911, the success, Herminie moved from the Chaussée Road to the Rue Cambon, a sign of good tone and wealth of clientele. The Duchess of Windsor and Miss Chanel are among the clients of the Cadolle house. Decades passed, a millennium changed, Alice Cadolle took over the Torch in his beautiful shop of a French cancan cancan. The fine materials continue to slide on the skins: silk, lace, satin… all worked in France in workshops where the haute couture is translated into every stripped. Alice Cadolle also produces a line of swimwear and custom-made creations.
