Il personale è molto gentile e attento
Le camere sono grandi pulite e dotate di tutto quello che può servire dalla macchina per il caffè al bollitore, ma soprattutto stiratore a vapore e asciugacapelli Ghd (ogni donna apprezzerà questo dettaglio)
Il frigobar è ben fornito e sono disponibili molte tipologie di snack dolci e salati
Colazione ottima

Хороший отель в самом центре Парижа за приемлемую цену. Номера нормальные хотя уже не новые, персонал очень доброжелательный и всегда помогает. Завтрак очень приличный и хороший бар.

The service here is impeccable! 5 star ???? with a personal touch. Their restaurant is also top class when compared to other restaurants in the area. Receptionists were better than Disney staff in their prime ????. It's an older hotel.... as old as everything else in this area, with easy, safe walking access to all the major attractions. Eiffel Tower, Lourve Museum, Opera, Palace Vendome, Pont Alexander III Bridge, and many, many more top must see sites.

新婚旅行で4泊しました。
公式サイトで、たしかダブルルームで予約していたのですが、ありがたいことにスイートに変更してくれていました。
エントランスが最上階にあるため、スタッフと顔を合わすのはチェックインとチェックアウトだけでした。
スタッフは親切な感じの人でした。
夜遅くに帰ると門が閉まっており、インターホンを押して名前と部屋番号を伝え、開場してもらう必要があります。
ちょっと面倒ですが、その分中はとても静かで安全でした。
まるで閑静なアパートに住んでるかのような、素敵なホテルでした。
客室は広く、清潔で快適でした。
まずインテリアがめちゃくちゃ素敵！それだけでも泊まる価値ありです。
日本人としては、トイレとバスルームと洗面所がそれぞれ独立しているのが最高でした。
あと電気タオルウォーマーが付いていて、ちょっとした洗濯物を乾かすのに便利でした。
欠点を挙げるとすれば、冷蔵庫の効きが悪く、水がぬるかったことくらいです。
立地も申し分ないです。凱旋門の近くに2泊しましたが、こちらの方が治安も良く観光もしやすかったです。
快適すぎて、全泊ここでよかったくらいです。
とてもおすすめです。

I had a horrible experience here. So many things went wrong. The manager and I had an initial conversation and she promised to look into it and get back to me, but she never did. First, my room was not ready at 3 pm as promised. I was put into a lower quality room and my rate was not adjusted for the downgrade. My room rate came with a complimentary upgrade dependent upon availability. I asked for the upgrade and was told that larger rooms were available, but I was not given the upgraded room. When I entered my room (small and dark), it had not been cleaned appropriately. I notified the front desk, but instead of cleaning the room or moving me, they brought me a tray of drinks and candies. Why this was meant to be compensation for a dirty room, I do not understand. I asked for an iron at 4 pm so I could iron my clothes for an event that night, but the iron was not delivered. When I came back from my event that night, exhausted and jet lagged, my electronic room key didn’t work and the front desk couldn’t get it to work either. They let me in with the passkey and told me to let the front desk know in the morning. After breakfast the next morning I spoke to the on-site manager who said she would relay my concerns to the hotel’s general manager. The general manager called me after a few days of my checkout (so clearly not a priority for her), I relayed my experiences, she said my experience was not really that horrible, but she would investigate and get back to me the next day or latest in 2 days. Over a week later, she has not responded. I would advise not to stay here as they clearly do not care about good service or guest comfort.

Hotel is centrally located for first time visitor! Hotel staff was very accommodating! Rooms are quite for a hotel that is located steps from Rue de Rivoli. The shopping areas are close by and the streets felt safe at night.

Lovely hotel and brilliant location. We arrived early but they managed to have our room ready. Very clean, quiet and modern room. We didn’t have the breakfast but it looked amazing!

Herrlich dieses Hotel, sehr freundlich, wenn du es gefunden hast , ja du bist richtig, durch die große Tür, den Gang entlang zum Innenhof, rechts ist der Eingang, und ab in der 6 ten Stock, feiner Empfang, sehr privat, echt top. Die Zimmer gemütlich und für mich perfekt. Die Lage super fürs bummeln durch Paris ! Zum ersten Mal hier, aber sicher noch weitere Male. Vielen Dank

Beautiful boutique hotel! We had the Suite Cambon and it was a nice size, it fit our family of 4 perfectly! Super clean with very friendly staff! Highly recommend this cute little hotel!

Beautiful and private hotel in the very centre of Paris. Its calming blue hues are a treat after sightseeing and shopping. The team are wonderful and welcoming. Our tip: Take advantage of the room service in the hotel's lounge and enjoy a private dining experience in the heart of Paris. Really, it was a wonderful stay.

The room was fantastic. We had the Concorde suite which was a large room by US standards and huge for a Parisian hotel. Staff was great and very friendly. We had a bottle of wine and chocolates waiting for us when we checked in! The location is amazing. The gardens are across the street and there is a fantastic view of the tower and river just a couple minute walk away, the metro is across the street. Shopping is all around with the original Chanel store just a 4 minute walk. Ac worked great.

Excellent emplacement mais chambre vétuste . A deux pas de la Place Vendôme , de la Concorde, du Louvre. Le personnel est agréable, le petit déjeuner Buffet simple mais correct, les chambres sur cour calmes et grandes hélas la literie est moyenne et les équipements un peu vétustes, cependant c'est un bon rapport qualité /prix si vous bénéficiez d'une réduction sur un site de réservation( chambre double avec ptit dej. 110€
