It's incredible that you can get a room with such a perfect location and room service for such a moderate price. The hotel also has a great lounge and offers free luggage storage. And the toiletries in the room are a full set of Diptyque! The only downside is that the room is a bit cramped, which makes it difficult to open a large suitcase.
After booking a last minute solo trip to Paris for the sake of two art exhibits, I started researching hotel options. I stayed at Hotel Opera Richepanse for five nights and it was fantastic for so many reasons. The staff was always welcoming and helpful, including some assistance with requesting a very early AM ride back to CDG. The location was solid providing easy access to critical needs (eg, Monoprix for snacks/water, Pret & Joe and the Juice for cheaper food on the go), public transit (eg, metro + bus easily transporting to other neighborhoods), tourist attractions (eg, Louvre, l'Orangerie, etc) and over-the-top shopping. The room was spotless, the finishings were high-end and the bed was super comfortable. It cost a little more than options a few blocks deeper into the 8th but it also was far more convenient for my needs. As a solo traveler, I also felt very safe walking the immediate streets and within the hotel. I've officially updated Hotel Opera Richepanse as my go-to place to rest my head in Paris.
Highly recommended if you’re looking for a nicely designed and cosy hotel room in the center of Paris. The room was exceptionally clean and the Diptyque bathroom amenities are a nice touch. There is no spa or restaurant (except for breakfast) in the hotel but for a city trip you might not need that. There are plenty of restaurants in the area and it’s so close to the shops on Faubourg.
The staff was very friendly and I would definitely go back!
We stayed here for a week, average $610 per day. Hotel location is great with short walking distance to shopping, market, metro and easy access to famous sceneries. The staff are nice and easy to communicate with.
We got a suite with windows, unfortunately there is construction right in front of the hotel (IKEA store) and the loud noise from 7am all day except Sunday. It seems like a big project going on in IKEA building, may last a few weeks ????
If you plan to stay in your room and relax in Paris, I advise you to contact the hotel if construction has finished or not to get the room facing construction site.
Wish you all have a lovely trip in Paris????
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this lovely hotel located in the vicinity the Opera and high-end shops. Room was spacious enough and comfortable. Came with all amenities. Shower was great. Our view was typical Parisian. Breakfast was good, although it was the same food every day. Friendly service. Can provide you with information and hail taxis. Would stay here again.

吃東西也方便,對面有3家不錯餐廳,正樓下也有咖啡店。
