Address in Paris offering refined cuisine, a buffet of fresh starters, hot dishes and a cheese platter.

A sure bet in the Paris gourmet scene and a mecca for bistronomy. Today, Bruno Doucet is at the helm. Here, everything starts with the all-you-can-eat terrine. Generous, tasty dishes follow (one autumn: confit/crispy pork belly, roast aubergine-crushed tomatoes-mozzarella, cod with chorizo...). And finally, of course, the immutable rice pudding. The chef's credo: a cuisine based on the product, the seasoning and the cooking. And it works! La Régalade is also available in grocery and takeaway.

Très bonne adresse. Les plats sont excellents. Cuissons parfaites. Associations de saveurs parfaites. Un coup de cœur pour le souffle au grand marnier. Carte des vins variée. Que du plaisir.

Excellente adresse. Cadre agréable. Service souriant et attentionné. Très beau menu à 55 euros (entrée plat dessert) Grande qualité et fraîcheur des produits. Par exemple tartare de thon exceptionnel, croustillant de porc parfait, risotto à l'encre remarquablement cuit et léger avec des gambas. I remember that I found this place via TripAdvisor the first time I've been in Paris, 9 years ago. Then it's been my regular place every time when I back to Paris.Till today, I still always order the same dishes as the first time I came here. You can see through my photos that they always do the best and how much I love this place!!
I'm really obsessed with everything about this restaurant, I don't even know why it's so addictive for me, but as soon as I come back to Paris, I'm 100% sure I'll come back to this restaurant again and again.
