Restaurant-café in Paris elaborating a delicate roasted celery root/sunflower pods, chickpeas.

This Halle aux grains is an obvious entry point for those unfamiliar with the Bras family restaurant in Aubrac. On the3rd floor of the Bourse de Commerce, this restaurant-café has all the makings of a great place. On the plate, a succession of pleasures and emotions with seeds, sprouts and other cereals as a common thread. That lunchtime: a comforting potato soup with Pyrenean smoked truffle, a dashing pollack with parsley purée and braised chicory, and a traditional Yule log. An experience worth repeating... despite the cost.

Je suis partagée.
Lieu magnifique mais on est un peu « serrés » et c’est bruyant.
Service gastro mais avec des erreurs (pas de quoi prendre à emporter par exemple).
Cuisine… ben pareil. C’est travaillé sans être excellent.
Au final c’était bien mais ça ne vaut pas le prix.

Situé au dernier étage de la bourse du commerce, le restaurant offre une vue extérieure imprenable sur paris et l’église saint eustache. La vue intérieure sur la coupole de l’édifice est magnifique également ! Nous avons pris le tea time avec un choix salé permis 3 croques monsieur (cèleri, truite et poitrine de porc) et un choix sucré (nous avons pris Tarte chocolat et tarte aux pommes). Le tout était délicieux, pas très sucré et bien réalisé ! Je maintiens 4 étoiles malgré tout, car nous n’avions pas été prévenues que le lieu fermait à 18h, étant arrivées à 17:30 nous avons été pressées tout au long du repas et n’avons pas pu profiter à 100% de ce superbe lieu et de l’expérience. Merci malgré tout pour ce moment !
