Popular traditional restaurant with continuous service, a bistro menu and a light bill.

Le Pharamond became Le Petit Bouillon Pharamond in 2019! The place has remained the same, still as sublime and classified as Historic Monument (the decoration dating from the Universal Exhibition combines woodwork and mirrors painted in the Art Nouveau style), but the prices have dropped considerably in the spirit of a Bouillon, traditional restaurant both popular and inexpensive. Le Petit Bouillon Pharamond has been brought up to date with a bistro menu, a light bill and a continuous service, without reservation. For example, you can enjoy a gravlax salmon with beetroot juice as a starter for only €5.90 and a Caen-style Pharamond broth since 1879 for only €8.80. A truly good deal that is good for your taste buds and wallet!

Très bonne cuisine et prix raisonnable. Nous avons attendu 1h30 pour avoir une table pour quatre. Un groupe de 8 personnes est arrivé bien plus tard mais a été placé avant nous. Lorsque nous sommes finalement entrés, nous avons été pressés de tout commander, du premier plat au dessert. Les serveurs étaient tous antipathiques et se plaignaient des tables devant les clients. L'atmosphère est assez chaotique et le personnel est clairement épuisé et surmené.

Bon restaurant à faire et à refaire cependant je ne comprends pas comment « avoir la chance » d’y manger, les réservations sont impossibles, nous sommes arrivés aujourd’hui à 20h30 et le serveur nous a dit qu’il y avait 1h30 d’attente alors que plusieurs tables étaient libres… ???? c’est dommage, étant de passage à Paris, j’aurai aimé pouvoir y manger de nouveau…
