With its ideal location between the Louvre and Opera House, in the heart of a brand new hotel with lots of distinction and warmth, this distinguished restaurant is a real good hidden spot, nicely redecorated, between beautiful lights and mirrors, without forgetting some winking photos. In the plate, we enjoy a kitchen at the right prices for the place, and what a quality! The menu evolves according to the seasonal products and the chef's creativity. At the time of our visit, we had enjoyed a soft-boiled egg with green asparagus and parmesan cream, before going on to a chicken ballottine with morels and supreme sauce. And for dessert, we recommend the chocolate profiteroles from Maison Cluizel!
