Restaurant offering a simple but good cuisine with an irresistible quality-price ratio.
It's hard to find a restaurant that is not a tourist trap in the area. Rest assured, that's what we're here for, and this Maison Rouge is indeed a very recommendable place! Nice modern wine cellars accompany the stone, the tables and the old arcades. And the value for money of this menu is irresistible. It's simple: beef, grilled meat, salmon... but it's good. The (big) favorite is awarded to the burgers. Based on Aubrac meat - this one, slightly marbled, is to die for -, they are available in many versions.

We are visiting family and they arranged a brunch here. The food was delicious. The wait staff were friendly and personable. The restaurant was beautiful. The manager (I believe) was exceptionally friendly. She noticed my boyfriend was eyeing the strawberry shortcake but it was all gone. She gave him the last little bit as he sat and watched for another to come from the kitchen. She grabbed the new one and waved him to follow her so she could cut him a fresh slice; it was delicious. Again, the brunch buffet food was delicious, and on our way out, there were 5 lemon shots waiting for us. I think my family frequents this lovely place but it was very nice of her to offer shots. This experience was so wonderful and I'll never forget it!!!!

Refus de vente! On vous demande ce que vous allez consommer à l’entrée. Du coup « un café à partir de 17h c’est compliqué » il y a le comptoir sinon ça ne sera pas possible en salle à moitié vide. Et carrément le serveur qui ressemble à G*d elmale qui souffle quand on lui apprend que c’est un café. À jamais biensure.
