In the sincere and friendly register, Julie was taught well by her father Guy, a Baraquevillois who owned two businesses in the capital. Born in Paris, Julie chose one of them, La Coopérative, to fly on her own wings. Manager of this strategically located establishment, the young woman carefully maintains the atmosphere. The decor, industrial and antique, has been the same for years: the old sign of the Rouergue and Gévaudan Agricultural Cooperative, to which the restaurant owes its name, is still displayed on the walls.

Buon locale dove fermarsi per rilassarsi un po' e bere qualcosa. Noi ci siamo stati un pochino e abbiamo preso un tè, alcune cose da mangiare e altro da bere. Personale cortese e accogliente, ambiente piacevole.
