Bistro on 3 levels in Paris offering classic dishes and burgers at good value.

Today, finding a real bistro in Paris, a few steps from the Louvre, is not as easy as it seems. At Chez Claude, there is a genuine know-how and a real will to only offer quality in the glasses and the dishes. On the menu, the chef offers classic and tasty dishes like gratin poached eggs with Auvergne blue as starters, the homemade duck thigh confit, parsley potatoes and the trend Scandinav' burger with cereal, marinated salmon and cream cheese or the beef "baker" hamburger with cantal, homemade fries as main courses and finally, a fine apple pie, vanilla ice-cream and milk caramel to nicely conclude the meal. In addition to that, it offers a very good quality/price ratio and a charming welcome. Please note that the place is ideal to organize your events, the bistro is on three levels that can be privatized.

Les frites sont ok. Burger à éviter. RIEN dedans, aucune balance dans les goûts et on a eu besoin d'énormément de sachets de sauce (pourquoi avoir des sachets...) pour en faire ressortir une saveur. La photo parle d'elle-même. Prix incompréhensible pour la qualité du plat.

Un resto à l’esprit cocooning mais en même temps avec une ambiance bien parisienne. Les cocktails, magnifiques, la nourriture, God que c’était bon !

Nous sommes des habitués de Chez Claude. Le propriétaire qui nous connaît pourtant bien, a essayé de nous arnaquer en nous facturant 3 verres supplémentaires en pensant que nous ne le remarquerions pas. Honteux !

Je suis choqué de votre message. Chaque consommation facturée ont été consommées, et je ne vois pas pourquoi j’aurai arnaqué des habituées. Sachez que cela fait 19 ans que nous sommes ici et nous n’avons jamais arnaqué personne. Sachez que je ne suis pas à trois a verres près.
