At the top of the Samaritan building, at the very romantic Pont Neuf, the Kong, high-place Laurent Taïeb/Starck, offers a magnificent view as well outside, in, as on plates, with very successful culinary design… The titles themselves are an invitation, such as the Kong Plate (36 €) with fried eby, duck satay and saumon in the heart of salmon, and for the dessert, the "2 000 leaves" by Pierre Valin (14 €).
