While seeking to prepare a healthy cuisine, good for our arteries, our line and our moral, Yves Anslert, chef, and Laurent Houssaye, commercial, quite naturally met the Cretan mode which makes the beautiful centenaries. We choose our main course, our trimmings, our dessert and we are free to choose the combinations. All the vegetables are cooked with vapor and without grease.we add the sauce house to the olive oil and we have enough complements. The recipes change the every day and we receive the menus before midday by e-mail ([email protected]). weare in any case sure to find a soup, salads of which some do not hesitate to be qualified "beautiful buttocks", a complete home made main courses (flan of seasonal vegetables, gratin of warp ends, fish back, etc) and desserts made with no egg nor butter... like this pudding Cretan rice or this muffin santé. The drinks are home made, very fresh and organic as a cookery, but let us not forget only the wine, in small amount, belongs to this healthy diet food !
