Restaurant in Paris elaborating typical Japanese dishes like natto moriwase.
Foujita retains a slightly gouailleuse authenticity that charm lovers of Old Japan. Especially frequented by Japanese, this slightly dark restaurant serves typical dishes such as the moriwase moriwase (fermented bean beans and raw fish). Foujita plays on his reputation. In the neighbourhood, it is far from being the best but it is one of the most expensive.

We ordered two sushi moriawase special - the taste was overall ok but the rice was a huge mistake. The portion is not only too much but it is overcooked.

Un super endroit pour manger ! Par contre: la salle est très petite, on a toujours l’impression de déranger la personne à droite ou à gauche de nous ou encore les serveurs… Et qui dit petite salle dit arriver tôt - dès l’ouverture - sinon il faut faire la queue !
