Restaurant offering traditional crudités and bold à la carte dishes in Paris.
A restaurant that you don't get tired of. Tea is offered as soon as you install. Sitting at the counter, you can watch the chef spun over the grill, the speciality of the house, unless you prefer the tables on the ² in the basement that make more authentic and, above all, we don't feel the kitchen. You can content yourself with a well garni bento or draw on the map. The old, horseradish sardine, prepared for the horseradish, is excellent, once the appropriate rhythm has been found to accommodate the chopsticks facing a whole fish! The traditional vegetables and miso are original and delicious, as are the candied vegetables and the concentrated milk strawberries which accompany the dish. The most courageous will be tempted by bold yakitori on the map: heart, rump, cartilage… The less adventurous will stick to the sashimis, excellent, or tempura, very light.
