Les Pâtes Vivantes restaurant is a kind of UFO of the Chinese cuisine highlighting the wheat pasta that the mistress of the house, Mme Coutin, shapes according to the orders. Through the window, you can watch pasta being designed in all its forms, and the agility of chefs is disconcerting. The chef stretches it and shapes it into long noodles. The taste mingling coriander, mustard greens, beans, celery, soybeans, cooked beef and of course wheat pasta is also fascinating. You can also find on the menu salads, one of which with preserved egg and tofu, wok dishes like sautéed beef with green chilli and dry tofu, chicken with peanuts, cucumber or peppers, or the Chinese garlic stalks with an egg. Les Pâtes Vivantes can also accommodate groups for birthday parties, business meals or any type of events.

Le service est rapide et efficace.
Je conseille pour le soir d’y aller très tôt pour éviter d attendre (ce n’est pas possible de réserver et c’est toujours plein).
C’est propre mais bruyant.
Cependant, parfois beaucoup d’attente. Les repas sont bons mais moins que les années précédentes.Les prix sont aussi plus élevés.
Très fréquenté on a du faire un peu la queue. Mais ça en valait le coup!
