Parisian restaurant right next to the Louvre preparing sushi, sea urchins, fish on very high quality.

A nice slap, this is what we took during our visit to this new Parisian location, right next to the Louvre. Behind a façade of white stone - classic, therefore - there is a restaurant that is much less. And for the reason: sushi, sea urchins, finely prepared salmon (we're here on top of the range) and have had the gall to marry with sake, and even champagne. What a good idea! We had to dare, and that is quite a success. Attention, reservation and small trillion - this saveurs has a cost.

Ottimo ristorante! Già ero stata 3anni fa e mi era rimasto un buono ricordo e devo dire che è stato riconfermato. Ambiente minimalista ma caldo allo stesso tempo, la struttura in pietra la trovo molto bella. Il cibo super buono, fresco e vario, si assaggiano molte cose diverse durante il menù degustazione. Sicuramnte non e accessibilissimo in prezzi però lo trovo equilibrato per le 7 portate. Non abbiamo aggiunto accordo sakè o champagne ma abbiamo preso un piccolo assaggio di sakè, che era molto buono. Unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta il dessert perché per primo non era in linea con il menu nel senso che ci hanno servito un pain perdu che di cucina Giappone non c entra nulla e poi c erano delle fragole che di stagione non sono perciò mi ha un po’ deluso e disturbato questa poca attenzione sul dolce.peccato una piccola scivolatina sul finire. Per il resto ci e piaciuto molto.

Excellent tasting menu. Impeccable service. Calm environment for savouring food. Make sure you get a seat at the counter. It’s worth seeing Chef Endo weaving his skills in front of you.
