A new York loft atmosphere, red bricks on the wall and industrial lamps recovered from an antique shop and reworked, are at Charly Bun's, which is the place of the Market-Saint-Honoré. "Charly" for Charles-Élie Alliel, boss, and "Bun's " – as you can well imagine – for these well-garnished breads with good potatoes and salad. Here, the quality is the main focus. The passionate and creative team consists of burgers, buns, bagels with baker's breads. The meat is Charolais and desserts like pancakes, crumbles or pancake are homemade.
