Uruguayan hotel-restaurant in Paris preparing a menu of homemade dishes, empanadas, burger and meat.
Paris, a global city, has even an Uruguayan restaurant. And we know the trade here: The boss's parents had a hotel-restaurant and very early he followed his mother's career. Very few dishes on the à la carte menu because everything is homemade and prepared on a daily basis: a very good cod ceviche with citrus fruit and coconut milk. Comptoir Montevideo also has a small grocery store where you can purchase spices, coffee, dulce de lech and maté, a drink which contains a yerba leaf that contains a natural caffeine.
