Opened in 2021, the place never ceases to amaze. You'll need to do your homework before coming here for the first time because the place has to be earned. Located under the Paris ring road, between Porte de Pantin and Porte de la Villette, Kilomètre 25 is the cultural hub of eastern Paris. Stores, food trucks, workshops, games, screenings, and other events, difficult to list exhaustively, are on offer here, and there are plenty of concerts, including a fair amount of electro at weekends. On 2,200 m², there's no shortage of space.
