Nestled among the trees in the Parc des Buttes-Chaumont, this neoclassical-inspired pavilion has several terraces facing the Belvedere Island. In the room lit by large bay windows, or outside under the beige parasols, you feel away from the Parisian hustle and bustle. The elegant dishes offer, for example, melon from Charentes with duck breast, and crab with pistachio and cucumber. Then, the octopus roasted with beet, the beef fillet prepared in Norman way. Then? A pavlova with seasonal fruits, a lemon pie, tarragon and Kaffir lime. Each meal is a feast for the eyes and the palate.
