Here you can eat vegetarian and even vegan, with a focus on fresh, organic and local products, and you can (finally) combine flavours and values. At lunchtime, the slate is filled with appetizing suggestions, such as the veggie steak with roasted potatoes, the thick tofu and zucchini soup. There is tabbouleh with chickpeas, gazpacho with watermelon, rice with spices... After a plate of cheese made without milk, we turn to the desserts: the choice is vast, and excellent, we ask for more - if there is still room!
