Green Laboratory, responsible restaurant and nature school, Recyclerie is a place apart in Paris. This old station, located at the Petite Ceinture level, has evolved over the years into an innovative urban farm. The site shapes and raises awareness of urban agriculture and circular economy issues. The farm consists of several spaces, including a courtyard, an edible forest, two composting systems, a meadow, an aquaponics system, and above all a collective garden of 400 m2. On-site, you can restore yourself at the Recyclerie canteen, serving locally produced vegetables and herbs; the leftovers will feed the house's hens and ducks.
