Le patron est un personnage à lui tout seul — charismatique, généreux, passionné, et surtout toujours prêt à te faire passer un moment inoubliable. C’est le genre d’homme qui donne une âme à son établissement.
Et grosse dédicace à Charlotte la barmaid, véritable rayon de soleil derrière le comptoir : ses cocktails sont aussi réussis que son sourire est contagieux. On vient une fois pour goûter… et on revient pour l’équipe.
Bref, un resto qui mérite largement plus que 5 étoiles — s’il y avait une option "coup de cœur éternel", on la cocherait direct.
