The quintessential Parisian brasserie, with simple, inexpensive dishes in a traditional setting.
A bouillon used to be a popular Parisian brasserie, with simple, inexpensive dishes. The decades have passed, and this notion has been lost. But as the French gastronomic landscape has evolved, the bouillon craze has re-emerged, with this Bouillon Pigalle making a major contribution. It has to be said that good traditional recipes (mayo eggs, beef bourguignon, knife-grilled sausage, stuffed cabbage, rice pudding, floating island...) at low prices are irresistible. So don't hesitate to make a reservation, as this restaurant's success continues unabated.

We tried 3 different starters, all of them were really good.
For the main course I had the duck with potatoes, which I can also highly recommend.
The chocolate cake as desert was delicious.
The waiters were friendly and quick.
Overall, a great restaurant with really fair prices (especially also on their drinks), but because a lot of people think the same way, I'd recommend to make a reservation in advance to skip the queue.
